What You'll Do

Schedule and conduct virtual screening interviews to learn what motivates each volunteer
Match volunteers with roles that fit their interests, skills, and availability
Review available opportunities and prepare for interviews using standardized training materials
Update candidate profiles and referrals in Volunteer Connection, the online volunteer system
Support the mission of the American Red Cross by helping volunteers feel welcomed, valued, and ready to make a difference

Requirements & Qualifications

Warm and welcoming communicator who enjoys talking with people and helping them feel heard and supported
Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage time well and follow through on tasks with care

Service-oriented, with enthusiasm for the Red Cross mission and helping others find their place in it
