Requirements & Eligibility
- Applicants from all countries are eligible
- Must be between 18 and 30 years of age
- Should be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be actively involved in a youth organisation, NGO, or civil society initiative
- Should have experience or a strong interest in democracy, human rights, civic engagement, or youth participation
- Must be available to participate in all preparatory activities and attend the entire forum in Strasbourg
