Senior Data Analyst
AB InBev, the leading global brewer, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the BEES Fintech Data Analytics team in the Growth Group. This team unifies business-to-business, direct-to-consumer, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams to drive digital transformation and organic growth. The Senior Data Analyst will work with a range of digital products, including the B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data modeling. The Senior Data Analyst role is focused on transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Credit, Payments, and Product teams. This involves building reports and dashboards, understanding statistical methods, experimental design, and modern data platform concepts. The Senior Data Analyst will act as a trusted business partner, helping stakeholders identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions. AB InBev is a global company with over 500 beer brands, and the Growth Group is a key part of its business. The company is looking for a skilled and experienced data analyst to join its team and contribute to its growth and success. Responsibilities - Develop scalable analytical solutions using Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python - Design and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, semantic models, and self-service analytics solutions - Transform data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions - Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, opportunities, and business impacts - Perform exploratory analysis, ad hoc studies, and support experimentation initiatives - Partner with Product, Commercial, and other teams to drive business growth and improvement Requirements & Qualifications - Strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and data modeling - Experience with Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python - Ability to build reports and dashboards, and understand experimental design and modern data platform concepts - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to act as a trusted business partner and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Benefits - Opportunity to work with a leading global brewer and a range of digital products - Chance to contribute to the growth and success of the company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment 2.
