Strategy and Operations Lead

PatientIQ is hiring a Strategy and Operations Lead to own the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives, governing high-priority work from prioritization through execution. The role involves leading complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering with various teams, and delivering measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company. The Strategy and Operations Lead will help build and scale PatientIQ's Strategic Program Office, establishing governance, operating cadence, portfolio management, and accountability mechanisms. The role requires developing executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and communications that translate complex information into clear decisions. The candidate will also define and measure business impact by establishing KPI frameworks, tracking strategic initiatives, and ensuring investments deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities Own PatientIQ's portfolio of strategic initiatives, governing high-priority work from prioritization through execution Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, partnering across Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Engineering, Finance, and Operations Help build and scale PatientIQ's Strategic Program Office by establishing governance, operating cadence, portfolio management, and accountability mechanisms Partner with the Chief of Staff and executive leadership team on strategic planning, executive operating rhythms, organizational priorities, board and leadership communications Develop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, and communications that translate complex information into clear decisions Define and measure business impact by establishing KPI frameworks, tracking strategic initiatives, surfacing risks early, and ensuring investments deliver measurable operational and commercial outcomes Champion AI-enabled ways of working by standardizing AI-powered workflows, automating manual processes, and embedding AI into how teams plan, communicate, analyze, and execute Drive accountability across the organization by clarifying ownership, facilitating decision-making, removing execution roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on the company's most important priorities Requirements & Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions, identify the most important issues, and develop clear, actionable recommendations Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing concise, executive-ready materials independently Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across teams without formal authority Strong business judgment, with the ability to understand when to analyze further, when to make a recommendation, and when to push an organization toward a decision Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining a clear view of the broader business context Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, information may be incomplete, and the path forward is not always defined High ownership mindset, with the ability to build structure, define the work, and drive it to completion Strong aptitude for AI and modern productivity tools, with an interest in using technology to improve analysis, communication, and organizational efficiency Exposure to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, product strategy, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS is a strong differentiator Bachelor's degree required Previous experience in a healthcare technology environment Benefits Top-notch health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Flexible PTO, with the company trusting employees to take the time they need Professional development stipends Real ownership and impact, with the ability to build, shape strategy, and see direct results 2.
