Responsibilities
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it to key stakeholders and the team
- Own the end-to-end product strategy from inception and determine business value once solution enters production
- Build a backlog of product features, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Continuously improve the backlog, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
- Ensure customer-driven design, considering user pain points and usability test results
- Approve each feature and provide valuable feedback for the team
- Drive sprint and release plans together with the Scrum Master
- Exercise strong decision-making mandate from the executive group to own the product end-to-end
- Work with the Solution Architect to build a modular and reusable solution

Requirements & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of relevant domains, products, and journeys
- Solid knowledge of industry trends and pain points
- Comfortable with technology and IT to enable engagement and discussion with the tech team
- Experience in Agile Development, with specific Product Design (UX/UI) and experience in leading the Product Owner
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs
- Sufficient authority to make real-time decisions
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders, with strong leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress
