About this opportunity
Opportunity Overview
Soleis is in direct contact with a company that has an in-house-built operational platform using Postgres, Python, TypeScript, and hosted on AWS. The platform manages installer photo uploads, campaign tracking, vehicle/kit availability, and fleet data at scale, with millions of data points and multiple large customers. However, the platform was built by a non-professional team under time pressure and needs someone to take over the existing codebase and get it production-ready quickly. The company requires a senior full-stack developer to work on the existing platform, building API integration capability, a scheduling module, and improving the UI/UX. The ideal candidate will work within and extend the existing architecture, preserving prior work and not rearchitecting from scratch. The role involves working with a team that is Mac-based and has a preferred time zone overlap with Eastern/Canada. A strong full-stack experience with Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL is required, as well as experience with API design, third-party integration, and AWS hosting.
