Eligibility Criteria
- Be a US citizen
- Be an undergraduate student at a two-year or four-year college or university in the United States
- Enroll in or have been accepted into a study abroad program or international internship for academic credit
- Be receiving a Federal Pell Grant at the time of application (see official website for exceptions)
- Study or intern abroad for at least 28 days (summer programs) or 112 days (academic year programs)
- Not have previously received a Gilman Scholarship
