Eligibility Criteria
• Academic Excellence: Above-average Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree (typically classified in the top third or upper percentile of your cohort) • The 6-Year Degree Rule: Your most recent academic degree program should not be older than six years at the time of DAAD application • Residency: Generally, you cannot apply if you have resided in Germany for more than 15 months immediately prior to the application deadline • Work Experience for EPOS Program: At least two years of relevant professional experience acquired after your Bachelor's degree (for the Development-Related Postgraduate Courses) • Citizenship Focus: Students from developing and emerging countries (see the DAC list of eligible countries) • Specific Program Prerequisites: Each program has unique admission criteria; always check the official university website

- Full CV: Detailed curriculum vitae listing education, work experience, and skills
- Letter of Motivation: 1-2 pages explaining academic and personal reasons for pursuing a project in Germany
- Research Proposal (if applicable): Detailed description of proposed project (max. 10 pages)
- University Degree Certificates: Scans of Bachelor's, Master's, and/or doctorate certificates, including final grades
