The FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027 is hiring a Dressing & Signage Cluster Manager. This is a fixed-term, full-time position in Brazil. The manager will oversee the planning of dressing and signage implementation across all official sites. They will work with other managers to ensure consistency and maximize efficiencies. Responsibilities

Oversee the turnkey planning of dressing and signage implementation across all official sites
Collaborate with other Stadium Dressing Managers to ensure consistency across all tournament stadiums
Work closely with Non-Competition Dressing Managers and Wayfinding and Signage Managers
Provide strategic input into the stadium dressing planning process
Monitor the budgetary impact of dressing operations and report updates to the Senior Manager and Head of Department
Liaise with stadium owners and operators to gain approval on implementation plans
Present to senior team members, management, and other functional areas as required
Attend department-specific and organization site visits at assigned stadiums and other official sites
Participate in the creative design process for stadiums within the assigned sites
Assist with the recruitment of Dressing and Signage project team members
Contribute to project management and knowledge management initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience in delivering dressing, signage, branding, or look projects for events of a similar scale to FIFA World Cups or Olympic Games
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing major sports events in a role that included the delivery of comprehensive dressing or signage related activities
Working understanding of the technical aspects of delivering dressing and signage projects
Strong understanding of stadium look and feel requirements and large-scale temporary installations
Budget management experience on complex and multi-faceted events and projects
Experience in managing providers of services for world-class events
Knowledge of event planning, requirements, and event project management processes for large sporting events
Significant stakeholder management experience across multiple organizations and departments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as design, architecture, or project management
Proficient in MS Office and planning software
