This is a fixed-term, full-time Workforce Planning & Operations Manager position in Brazil. The role is part of the Administration department and requires experience in workforce planning or operations, ideally within international events and/or the sports industry. The position involves managing projects, supervising team members, and working with a level of independence. The employer is looking for someone with strong communication skills, adaptability, and experience working in a multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of workforce planning systems, tools, and practices, as well as experience supporting or coordinating operational venue teams at large-scale events. They should also be able to manage projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work with a level of independence. The position requires fluency in English and Portuguese. The role requires a range of skills and experience, including proficiency in MS Office tools and project planning tools such as WeTrack and Monday.com.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning or operations, ideally within international events and/or the sports industry
- Good working knowledge of workforce planning systems, tools, and practices
- Experience supporting or coordinating operational venue teams at large-scale events
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making and workforce planning processes in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work with a level of independence
- Experience supervising team members and contributing to team performance through positive leadership and collaboration
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated adaptability
- Experience working in a multicultural and/or multinational environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent/Advanced Portuguese
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio & advanced Excel)
- Proficiency in using project planning tools such as WeTrack and Monday.com
