Responsibilities

Plan the delivery of end-user technology equipment and services
Facilitate the collection and distribution of technology requirements

Identify and report on progress of critical dependencies
Manage asset tracking and management of deployed technology equipment
Track progress of structural build-out and IT implementation
Develop regular progress, risk, and issue management reports
Follow up with stakeholders, providers, and government entities
Support and ensure the team adheres to IT Service management protocols
Manage on-site IT Technicians and support teams during tournament time operations

Requirements & Qualifications

University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Overall IT experience and experience in a similar role
Experience in the Sports or major event industry
Proven track record of successful delivery of complex IT programs and projects
Proven track record in managing similar projects
Good knowledge of venue technology services across major sporting events
Up-to-date knowledge and project management expertise in event-related technologies
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
