Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue Operations Manager in planning and delivering venue activities

  • Support budget tracking, procurement follow-up, and operational reporting as requested by the Venue Operations Manager
  • Contribute to knowledge management activities, operational debriefs, and lessons learned documentation
  • Support match day and non-match day operations, ensuring timely communication and coordination across all stakeholders
  • Coordinate the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of daily operational documentation
  • Coordinate venue daily operational meetings, ensuring agendas, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up with all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of venue team onboarding, inductions, and operational training sessions
  • Liaise with the Stadium Authority core team to ensure the timely delivery of all core stadium services and operational requirements
  • Act as a key operational focal point during match days, proactively resolving operational issues on the ground
