Oversee data flow, validation rules, and access rights logic within the system
Coordinate the delivery of system training for accreditation system users
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for system users
Maintain up-to-date user manuals, process documentation, and FAQs
Support users in resolving operational system questions and issues
Coordinate with Accreditation Operations, Client Group Management, Security, and Technology teams
