The Administration department is hiring a Workforce Planning & Operations Coordinator to work full-time in Brazil on a fixed-term contract. This role involves supporting operational teams, preferably in event or venue environments, and contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with workforce planning, operations, or related fields, and be able to work with guidance in a structured environment. The role requires a basic to intermediate understanding of workforce planning systems, tools, and processes, as well as the ability to organize tasks and manage priorities. The candidate should also have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to collaborate with team members. Experience working in multicultural and/or multinational environments is an advantage. The coordinator will work with various tools and technologies, including MS Office and project planning tools such as WeTrack and Monday.com. Fluency in English is required, and Portuguese language skills are an advantage.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience with exposure to workforce planning, operations, events, or related fields
- Basic to intermediate understanding of workforce planning systems, tools, and processes
- Experience supporting or assisting with operational teams
- General understanding of data and its use in workforce planning and decision-making
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work with guidance in a structured environment
- Experience collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive team environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to support problem-solving and coordination activities
- Experience working in or interacting with multicultural and/or multinational environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Portuguese language skills, basic to advanced, are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and advanced Excel
- Proficiency in using project planning tools such as WeTrack and Monday.com
- Experience with workforce system implementations is advantageous
