Responsibilities

Performing daily checks and minor repairs, such as fixing leaking taps and replacing lightbulbs

Supporting scheduled preventive maintenance, such as servicing generators and inspecting roofing and water heaters
Conducting pest and termite inspections
Inspecting and cleaning air conditioning filters
Cleaning and maintaining pool filters
