The Junior Academic Foundation is seeking students to serve as Chapter Presidents and establish local chapters in their state or country. As a Chapter President, you will lead the development of your local chapter, recruiting volunteers and organizing tutoring programs. The Junior Academic Foundation aims to connect students with free academic support in various subjects, including reading, writing, mathematics, science, speech and debate, and other areas where students may benefit from additional guidance. The Chapter President role involves working with the local community to identify students who would benefit from free tutoring services. You will also be responsible for promoting the chapter through schools, community organizations, and social media. The Junior Academic Foundation leadership team will provide support and guidance to help you expand your chapter's impact. The Junior Academic Foundation's goal is to make a positive impact in local communities by providing free academic support to students. As a Chapter President, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by leading and managing your local chapter.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a Junior Academic Foundation chapter in your local community
  • Recruit and manage volunteer tutors
  • Identify and connect with students who would benefit from free tutoring services
  • Organize tutoring sessions and ensure consistent communication between tutors and students
  • Promote the chapter through schools, community organizations, and social media
