Opportunity Overview
Join a team of dedicated professionals at UNICEF in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, as a National Consultant for the School of TLM Authors. This 11-month assignment will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the development of Competency-Based Education (CBE) Teaching and Learning Materials (TLMs) in Tajikistan. As a consultant, you will work closely with the Ministry of Education and Science (MoES) and its affiliated institutions to finalize and validate the CBE TLM framework, author capacity building, and normative documents. Your expertise and experience in CBE, TLM development, and education reform will be invaluable in shaping the future of education in Tajikistan.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, development studies, technology, or a relevant field
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in education, teacher training, and/or lifelong learning
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Tajik and Russian; knowledge of English is considered an asset
- Knowledge/Expertise/Skills: Strong knowledge and skills in curriculum and TLM development, CBE principles, and education reform
