As a Consultant for the development of a Gender-Responsive Climate Education Curricular Framework, you'll be working on a crucial project that aims to create a more sustainable and equitable education system in Tanzania. This consultancy involves developing a framework that aligns with the Tanzanian National Curriculum and harmonizes with the existing Upper Secondary Framework. You'll be working closely with the Chief of Education, P5, and the Education Manager to ensure that the framework is comprehensive and effective. Benefits & Financial Aid
- Consultancy Fee: As per the Consultant - Contractors Agreement

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Climate Change, Environmental Science, or a relevant field
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Tanzania education sector and curriculum implementation
- At least 5 years of experience in climate education and curriculum development for primary and secondary levels
- Proven track record of developing pedagogical resources and frameworks that integrate climate science and policy-alignment
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of another official UN language or local language is an asset
