Opportunity Overview
Join UNICEF Nigeria in a groundbreaking opportunity to strengthen Social and Community Listening (SCL) systems, enhancing the use of community feedback for evidence-based programming and accountability. As a consultant, you will design and develop integrated dashboards for real-time data visualization, improve interoperability across digital platforms, and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting UNICEF Nigeria's Social and Behavior Change (SBC) programming and promoting the rights of every child. This three-month consultancy is an exciting chance to make a meaningful impact in a complex humanitarian and development setting. You will work closely with UNICEF Nigeria's SBC, AAP, ICT, and M&E teams to ensure alignment with programme priorities, data protection standards, and data-use needs. Your technical expertise will be crucial in strengthening SCL and AAP systems, ultimately contributing to the realization of children's rights. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government, civil society, children, and families. Eligibility Criteria
- Advanced University Degree: In Data Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant Professional Experience: With a minimum of 5 years of experience in dashboard development, social listening tools, data integration, and community feedback management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, data visualization, and data analysis; experience with CRM systems, feedback management systems, and digital data collection platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Additional Requirements: Previous experience working with UNICEF, the UN system, or international development/humanitarian organizations is an asset.
