Eligibility Criteria

Citizenship: Maldivian nationals only.
Education: A university degree in environmental science, climate change, disaster risk reduction, education, youth development, social sciences, public policy, communications for development, or another relevant field.
Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in climate projects.
Skills: Strong communication and project management skills; ability to work in a team and build partnerships.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Dhivehi.
