We are seeking a highly skilled Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Monitoring and Measurement Consultant to join our team at UNICEF in Nairobi, Kenya. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to finalize, validate, and scale an innovative community monitoring package that enables communities and implementing partners to monitor behavioral drivers, social norms, and behavioral outcomes related to harmful practices. This is a 10-month remote consultancy that will allow you to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic and diverse environment. As an SBC expert, you will have the chance to work with a global organization that is committed to promoting the rights of every child. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to saving children's lives, defending their rights, and helping them fulfill their potential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to institutionalizing and scaling practical monitoring approaches that strengthen UNICEF's capacity to support countries in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior change in evidence-informed SBC programming.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Advanced university degree (Master's degree or higher) in Social and Behavior Change, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Public Health, International Development, Law, Gender Studies, Research Methods, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in social and behavior change (SBC), social norms programming and measurement, community engagement, social norms research, behavioral research, or related fields.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English is required; fluency in French is highly desirable.
