Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate degree (minimum Bachelors) in Social Sciences/ Humanities/ B. Tech
Work Experience: At least 5 years' experience of data analysis, report writing, and documentation
Previous Experience: Previous experience of working with EMIS data/ data analysis, policy, and practice
Language Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks to improve systems, and provide recommendations
- Good analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to create a database to address contextual needs
- Ability to organize, manage, and participate within teams
Desirables:
- Previous experience working with a database on out-of-school children
- Knowledge and experience in using SPSS
