Eligibility Criteria

Education: Advanced University degree in Economics, International Development, or Social Sciences, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
Language: Proficient in English, with intermediate proficiency in Arabic desirable.
Experience: More than 10 years of experience, with six international years of experience in large-scale emergency operations, leading multicultural teams in complex contexts, and improving performance.
