Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Any nationality
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- Experience: 2 years of relevant professional experience, or 4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Language: Fluency in English and French (oral and written); working knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage
- Certifications: Demonstrated writing skills, good knowledge of IOM/UN HR policies and staff rules and regulations, excellent organization skills, analytical and creative thinking, and ability to prepare clear and concise reports
