As a Senior Programme Manager (Durable Solutions and DDRR Coordinator) at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), you will play a critical role in addressing the complex and evolving impacts of displacement, return, social fragmentation, and post-conflict recovery in Iraq. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading UN agency in the field of migration, working closely with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental partners to promote humane and orderly migration. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, government ownership, and systems strengthening, you will oversee the coordination and management of a large, multi-year Peace, Recovery and Solutions portfolio, driving solutions to displacement and promoting social cohesion, community resilience, and inclusive recovery. As a mid-level, internationally recruited position, this role offers a chance to develop and grow your skills in programme formulation, implementation, and evaluation, with a focus on Durable Solutions and DDRR aspects. With a team of experts, you will contribute to shaping IOM's global programming and policy development, while ensuring compliance with IOM's project management policies and principles. This position requires a strong leader with excellent judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a composed, competent, and committed manner.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master's degree in Management, Social Science, Law, International Relations, Regional Studies, or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- Experience: Seven years of relevant professional experience, or nine years with a university degree
- Language: Fluency in English (oral and written), with Arabic as an advantage
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of migration-related subject areas, excellent judgment, and advanced computer skills
