Opportunity Overview
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a highly skilled Project Development and Reporting Officer to join its team in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As a key member of the IOM Haiti Office, this role will play a vital part in supporting the coordination and facilitation of project development, donor and institutional reporting in the fields of migration management, emergency response, and liaison activities with government and UN agencies. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief of Mission, Programme Support Officer, and other units to develop and implement projects, concept notes, and project proposals in line with IOM's regional and country strategies. You will also be responsible for research, donor relations, and capacity-building activities to support staff development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master's degree in International Relations, International Development, Political or Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Law, or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- Experience: Two years of relevant professional experience in project development and reporting, technical writing and editing, and donor relations
- Language: Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
- Citizenship: Internationally recruited professional staff are required to be mobile
- Clearances: Medical, security, and accreditation clearances
