Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Migration Studies, Human Rights, International Relations/Affairs, or a related field
- OR High School diploma with six years of relevant professional experience
- Experience:
- Experience in protection case management (including for survivors GBV and human trafficking, children at risk) in humanitarian or migration contexts
- Experience working with vulnerable persons, ideally including returnees or deported migrants, who have complex needs
- Experience with referrals and coordination with local protection actors, NGOs, or government services
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, NGOs in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
- Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of IOM and Inter-agency protection standards
- Knowledge of MiMOSA
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to deliver assistance in challenging conditions
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
