Join the Danish Refugee Council as a Program Specialist - Gender Inclusion and Women Empowerment Specialist in Mogadishu, Somalia. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with the programs MSD manager, corridor managers, and implementation colleagues, as well as partners, including women's and girls' rights and gender equality advocacy-focused organizations. Your main duties will include coordination and implementation, research and policy development, training and capacity building, monitoring and reporting, and collaboration and liaison. Eligibility Criteria

Education: A degree in social sciences, gender studies, development studies, or a related field is typically required.
Experience: A minimum of three years of technical experience in operational/technical/coordination support capacity, with previous experience in gender equality, social inclusion, or related fields preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with proficiency in data management and reporting tools beneficial.
Language: Somali language proficiency preferred.
