Eligibility Criteria

Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
Demonstrated interest in development work and the World Bank Group's mission.
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Interest in infrastructure, corporate real estate, capital investments, and organizational transformation.
Excellent written and spoken English required. Additional languages are an asset.
