Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Project Management, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrated interest in development work and the World Bank Group's mission.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise recommendations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Interest in infrastructure, corporate real estate, capital investments, and organizational transformation.
- Excellent written and spoken English required. Additional languages are an asset.
