Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of postgraduate (master’s) program in:

- Learning Experience Design (LXD)
- Educational Technology

- Graphic Design
- Digital or Visual Communications
- Animation
- Interactive Media
- Game Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Computer Science (with an interest in learning technologies)
- Marketing
- Or another closely related field
0–6 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated interest in development work and the World Bank Group’s mission
Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Basic knowledge of Articulate Rise and basic HTML/CSS skills
Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar) is desirable
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is considered an asset
