Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of postgraduate (master’s) program in:
- Instructional Design
- Learning Experience Design (LXD)
- Educational Technology
- Digital Learning
- Multimedia Design
- Graphic Design
- Digital or Visual Communications
- Animation
- Interactive Media
- Game Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Computer Science (with an interest in learning technologies)
- Marketing
- Or another closely related field
- 0–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated interest in development work and the World Bank Group’s mission
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Articulate Rise and basic HTML/CSS skills
- Familiarity with other e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar) is desirable
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools is considered an asset
