IGLYO, the world's largest network dedicated to LGBTQI young people and their rights, is hiring an Advocacy & Research Manager in Brussels. This fixed-term position will lead the Advocacy & Research Team and provide strategic leadership for IGLYO's advocacy, policy, and research work. The role will oversee IGLYO's engagement with European and international institutions, manage research and funded projects, and ensure that IGLYO's advocacy is informed by evidence and the experiences of LGBTQI young people and Member Organisations. IGLYO represents the voice of over 150 Member Organisations in more than 40 countries across the European region. The organisation advances the rights of LGBTQI young people, advocates for their equality and inclusion, empowers their voices, and connects them across borders through international events, capacity-building training, thematic research, advocacy, awareness-raising campaigns, network building, regranting, and intersectional community dialogues. The Advocacy & Research Manager will be part of the Management Team and contribute to organisational planning, coordination, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership, management, research, and advocacy skills at the international level, and be passionate about advancing LGBTQI youth rights across borders.
