This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $20.00 per hour, working 37.5 to 44 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. The work schedule will include days, evenings, nights, and weekends, and the position is available to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise 3-4 people, including food and beverage servers

Requirements & Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
