Responsibilities

Conduct high energy 1-on-1 and small group speaking sessions via Zoom
Implement specialized training focused on Chinese phonetics, including initials, finals, and the four tones
Guide absolute beginners through the first steps of oral production, ensuring a strong foundation from day one
Lead intermediate learners in conversational practice, correcting nuances to ensure they sound natural and professional
Track student progress and provide actionable feedback on speaking performance
Collaborate with the coaching team to refine speaking curriculum and instructional methods
Participate in weekly team check-ins and quarterly planning

Requirements & Qualifications
