Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to build and sustain high-performing teams
- Guide leaders through organizational transformation and complex employee matters
- Lead end-to-end HR initiatives across multiple business units and countries
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive strategic workforce decisions
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with Works Councils
- Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability and support effective decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to design and implement impactful HR programs

Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong experience as an HR Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within an international environment
- Deep understanding of German and/or Austrian employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior leaders
- Confidence working in fast-paced, agile settings with changing priorities
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable people strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Fluency in English and German
