Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy roadmaps for managed services
Direct and mentor a cross-functional team of infrastructure
Foster a culture of continuous learning and restructure teams to optimize delivery
Define clear career progression paths
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including offloading legacy workloads to open-platform and cloud-native architectures
Oversee the deployment and continuous operation of cross-platform environments
Act as the primary vendor manager for top-tier strategic vendors
Oversee IT CAPEX and OPEX budgets
Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and oversee disaster recovery (DR) planning, capacity management, and incident response
Engineer and deploy secure, containerized automation environments
Architect and integrate AI agents and tools to develop autonomous workflows
Drive end-to-end automation seamlessly integrated with Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive IT strategy roadmaps
Experience in directing and mentoring cross-functional teams
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, such as Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift
Experience in overseeing the deployment and continuous operation of cross-platform environments
