Responsibilities
- Research, model and implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms for business scenarios
- Develop and iterate LLM-based AI agents, and build, optimize and maintain enterprise structured & unstructured knowledge bases
- Practice core AI technologies including data mining, feature engineering, time-series forecasting, causal analysis, operational optimization, reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning
- Design, train, optimize and deploy AI models to solve complex business and industrial problems
- Build efficient algorithm pipelines, continuously improve model accuracy, stability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to land and iterate AI solutions, and track cutting-edge AI technologies to drive business empowerment

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or other related technical fields
- Solid hands-on project experience in data mining, feature engineering, time-series forecasting, causal analysis, operational optimization, reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, AI agent development and knowledge base construction
- Proficient in mainstream ML/DL frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc
- Solid data structure and database foundation; skilled in SQL and Python algorithm modeling & data analysis
- Strong self-learning ability, technical curiosity and passion for solving practical problems with AI technology
