Eligibility Criteria
- Citizenship: Not have Japanese nationality and be a national of a country that has diplomatic relations with Japan
- Age: Born on or after April 2, 1985
- Academic Requirements:
- Bachelors: Completed 12 years of school education in countries other than Japan
- Masters: Bachelor's degree holders eligible for master's degree programs
- Ph.D.: Master's degree holders eligible for doctoral degree programs
- Language: No Japanese language proficiency required, but English proficiency is recommended
