Responsibilities
- Lead a team designing and implementing credit and pricing strategies for business lending products
- Monitor the performance of existing strategies and iterate to improve them
- Lead initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth, and manage portfolio risk
- Support the design and roll-out of new products and customer journeys
- Provide leadership across Business Banking and Borrowing Collectives
- Be a member of the Borrowing Leadership Team

Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong domain expertise in providing lending products to small businesses
- Track record of leading analytical credit teams
- Deep understanding of how business lending works, including regulation and industry best practice
- Passion for customers and understanding of the role credit strategies play in customer outcomes
- Ability to balance soft information with hard data
- Strong analytical and data capabilities, backed up by technical coding skills
- Ability to work well in a team with diverse skill-sets and personality types
