Opportunity Overview

Save the Children Indonesia's Transform Hub is seeking an External Collaborator to support internal communication operations and Knowledge Management System (KMS) development. The Transform Hub is a strategic unit dedicated to driving the organization toward its transformation milestones in support of the 2030 ambition to triple impact and double income. This role will contribute to SCIDN's transformation goals by supporting internal communication and KMS development. The External Collaborator will work closely with the REALM and Tech and Digital unit to update the KMS and support internal communications. The Transform Hub is responsible for communicating transformation progress across the organization, and this role will play a critical part in ensuring employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with key priorities, initiatives, and organizational changes. The initiative aims to strengthen organizational learning and collaboration by establishing a centralized platform for capturing, organizing, and sharing institutional knowledge, resources, and best practices. The External Collaborator will be expected to deliver a range of outputs, including internal communication products, KMS content repository updates, research briefs, and event documentation. They will also provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of transformation-related events, workshops, learning sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, development, and publication of internal communication materials to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with organizational transformation initiatives
Develop and publish internal communication products, including Monthly Bulletin, printed and digital Mading, and employee engagement communication materials
Prepare and design presentation decks, infographics, posters, and other communication assets for workshops, socialization sessions, town halls, and leadership engagements
Conduct desk research, benchmarking reports, or insight briefs related to organizational transformation, internal communications, employee engagement, and other relevant topics
Translate communication materials, reports, presentations, guidelines, and other organizational documents from English to Bahasa Indonesia and/or vice versa
Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and documentation of key discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions from assigned meetings and workshops
Provide recommendations for KMS layout enhancement, user experience improvements, and content structure
Support content preparation, editing, and publication within the KMS platform
Provide logistical and administrative support to ensure the successful implementation of transformation-related events, workshops, learning sessions, and employee engagement activities
Manage participant registration, attendance records, event materials, and logistical arrangements
Provide on-site support during workshops, meetings, town halls, and other organizational events
Prepare post-event documentation, including event summaries, participant feedback consolidation, and recommendations for future improvement
