Eligibility Criteria

  • Youths from all ASEAN member states between the ages of 15 and 35 are eligible to participate.
  • Projects must involve youths from at least three ASEAN member states.
  • A minimum of 50% of the youth participants who are the focus must be citizens of ASEAN member states.
  • Projects must address at least one of the four focus areas of the Senior Officials Meeting on Youth (SOMY) and the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Plan of Action.
