Responsibilities

Identify business development and partnership opportunities across the APAC region
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned partner portfolios, covering business development and account management
Formulate customer expansion strategies and tactics according to business goals
Utilize diversified integrated marketing methods to improve business brand influence and industry reputation
Coordinate with multiple internal functions to project manage all aspects of the partnership process
Architect scalable sales and partnership processes, including pipeline management and deal governance
Manage cross-functional workflow optimization and post-launch performance tracking

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
4-8 years of experience in serving major customers in the financial industry
Experience in the cross-border payment industry is preferred
Strong understanding of sales strategy development, pipeline management, and commercial structuring
Experience in process design or operational improvement within a matrix organization is a plus
Extensive network resources and experience in the cross-border payment space
Excellent team management capabilities, project management, and resource coordination capabilities
Highly self-driven and passionate about fintech and payments
Eagerness to continuously drive process improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and spoken English required
Working proficiency in Mandarin required
