Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in high-throughput banking/payments
Deep knowledge of ISO 20022/SWIFT and the technical orchestration of FX lifecycles
Expert-level Java & Spring Boot proficiency with a focus on concurrency and distributed systems
Experience with Kafka, RocketMQ, and MySQL optimization
Proven experience with "compliant by design" architecture, including OAuth2, Mutual TLS, and digital signatures
A proactive interest in utilizing AI Agents to optimize the software development lifecycle
