Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end regulatory and compliance strategy for the company's cloud and content businesses in market
- Partner with business teams to understand product roadmaps, deal structures, and go-to-market plans
- Identify regulatory exposures in advance and deliver practical, business-aligned legal advice
- Monitor, interpret, and operationalize regulatory developments across Southeast Asia
- Lead the rollout of localized compliance frameworks, policies, and training programs
- Manage relationships with local external counsel and regulators across the region
- Act as the company's designated regional regulatory counsel for Southeast Asia

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree from a reputable institution
- Admitted to practice and holding an active lawyer's license in at least one jurisdiction
- 5+ years PQE with a demonstrated track record in regulatory and compliance work
- Solid working knowledge of the Southeast Asian regulatory landscape with hands-on experience
- Experience in regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, or government engagement
- Strong product sense and genuine curiosity about cloud, content, and internet business models
- Proven ability to partner with business teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and oral) is required
- Proficiency in an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus
