The EMEA Team Intern role is based in the Amsterdam office, where the intern will support company culture events, such as team building and all-hands meetings, to build rapport with stakeholders. The intern will also look into employee learning and wellness programs to enhance the office culture and happiness. Additionally, the intern will play a role in investigating pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities as the employee life-cycle champion. Responsibilities
- Support company culture events, such as team building and culture day
- Build rapport, engage, and sustain good relationships with stakeholders
- Investigate pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities as the employee life-cycle champion
- Look into employee learning and wellness programs to enhance office culture and happiness
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Oversee day-to-day HR operational duties, such as P-file maintenance, HR documentation, and HR-related letters
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks working with the Office Manager
- Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above
- Prior HR/Admin related work experience or internships are a strong plus
- Experience in designing newsletters, EDMs, and content generation for employee engagement related activities
- Proactive, energetic, and vibrant personality to engage with the businesses
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and follow up on actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
