Requirements & Qualifications

5 years or more of experience in game business planning
Experience in long-term business planning and operation
Solid business analysis skills
Ability to independently build payment models, pricing systems, and compliance review frameworks
Systematic understanding of RPG categories, external economy, BP-related design, and player payment habits in China
Clear logic, structured thinking, and good cross-departmental communication and project driving skills
Ability to explain complex business models clearly and drive them forward
Passion for the game industry and rich game experience, with sufficient insight into ARPG/MMO/RPG categories
