UEFA Events SA is hiring a Ticketing Data Coordinator to start on October 1, 2026, and work until July 31, 2029, based in Nyon with the option to work from home up to one day per week. The main goal of this position is to work with the Ticketing Data Analyst to deliver actionable ticketing data analytics and insights for UEFA club and national team competition finals. The Ticketing Data Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the ticketing team, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring ticketing data quality and integrity. This role will involve working with various systems, including Snowflake and Tableau, to develop and maintain ticketing data sources and reporting dashboards. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of ticketing processes from end to end, including venue configuration, inventory management, ticket sales, mobile ticketing, access control, and customs.

Responsibilities

Developing, maintaining, and optimising ticketing data sources within Snowflake and reporting dashboards in Tableau, or similar systems
Ensuring ticketing data quality and integrity across multiple platforms, including SSO, ticketing sales system, UEFA Mobile Tickets app, etc.
Analysing ticket sales and mobile distribution trends to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities
Identifying and tracking KPIs to measure ticketing performance and operational success delivery
Working with multiple stakeholders, including internal ICT colleagues and external providers
Supporting operational tasks in relation to the distribution of mobile tickets, including monitoring, performance, and incident tracking
Gaining sufficient knowledge on ticketing processes from end to end, including venue configuration, inventory management, ticket sales, mobile ticketing, access control, and customs
Supporting and performing other ticketing functions as required
