Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Jordanian national or resident
- Age: 21-35 years old
- Work experience: At least one year of professional experience in one of the 8 UJLEP subjects
- English language proficiency: Competent in writing and speaking English
- Commitment: Dedicated to returning to their country of origin after the program
- Project commitment: Committed to carrying out a community project
