Eligibility Criteria
- Be a Canadian citizen or a foreign national admitted to Canada with a permanent resident status
- Be pursuing a master's or PhD at a Canadian university
- Have a minimum of 2 years of full-time study in a master's program or a minimum of 3 years of full-time study in a PhD program
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Meet the language proficiency requirements of the institution
