The Wang Gungwu Fellowship 2027 in Singapore is a prestigious opportunity for postdoctoral researchers and mid-career policymakers to conduct impactful research on Southeast Asia in a world-class academic environment. The fellowship is fully funded, covering all major expenses, including a monthly stipend, round-trip airfare, office space, computer equipment, IT services, and full access to the ISEAS Library. The fellowship is open to all nationalities, and mid-career policymakers without a PhD are welcome to apply, provided they have relevant professional experience and research interest. Eligibility Criteria
- Target Applicants:
- Postdoctoral researchers
- Mid-career policymakers
- Educational Background:
- A PhD or equivalent degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Mid-career policymakers without a PhD are welcome to apply, provided their CV can ascertain an appropriate level of professional experience and research interest
- Research Focus:
- Must propose policy-relevant research on Southeast Asia that aligns with the priority areas listed above
- Availability:
- Must be available to be in residence at ISEAS for the full duration of the fellowship (2 to 6 months)
- Nationality:
