Responsibilities

Participate in dialogue with private sector representatives to identify areas of collaboration
Lead and co-lead preparation, appraisal, negotiations, and supervision of energy projects
Coordinate and follow up with government counterparts and consultants
Provide high-quality research and analytical support, including drafting policy notes
Support the preparation, completion, and follow-up of official missions, including drafting aide memoires and official correspondence
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

At least 12 years of combined experience in international institutions, companies, government agencies, and/or sector utilities
Demonstrated track record of successful engagement with complex projects
Familiarity with key aspects of design, development, implementation, and operations of large energy/mining infrastructure projects
Experience in supporting policy dialogue with clients and stakeholders
Experience working with large global teams and producing high-quality results with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build strong partnerships
